Still life pomegranate

Hi Guys, fruit is my favorite still life subject.I made an video to show the process when I paint this pomegranate.Is fun! here we go.....

here is part 1 that to show how I start with some sketch line,and grey color. in this stage,I just focus on shape and tone.

Width of life

Width of life H i guys, here is the painting demonstration to show how I created this painting with step by step images. I always like to start with mono color (Gray) before infill color. Let's talk about this painting, This ideas come from the climbing plants in front my house. I plant it start from sapling, every morning I watering it and communicate with it, it seem like response me what it thought,"I always climb up from the sapling and grow up slowly. Although I don't have upward support now, but I still confidently blooming its own beauty with growing horizontally. "Yes, we cannot predict the future, but can decide what we want now. We don't know when it is the end of life, but we can write the meaning of being alive. We don't know if the future self is still wonderful, but we can fill the color in this moment to enrich our life....
